Family Style Menus

For Groups looking to come together and enjoy a variety of dishes, Chef Michael Angeloni has created several 4 and 5 course family style menus. With plates and platters served along the table, everyone can help themselves and experience the flavours of Amano.

This style of service creates a communal atmosphere and encourages a relaxed and informal dining experience that is sure to be a hit with your guests.

A La Carte Menus

For groups looking for a slightly more formal setting and to easily accommodate a variety preferences, both 3 and 4 course a la carte menus are available that allow each guests to make their own selection from the provided options. All options are fully customizable to ensure you get exactly what you are looking for.

Canapé Menu

Perfect for stand alone receptions or as an add-on to any dinner, we have a variety of small bite-sized canapés that can be offered as a passed item or plated and placed along your table.

If your intent is for guests to mix, mingle and socialize throughout the evening or in advance of dinner, canapés are the perfect item to ensure your guests are well looked after.

Responsible Service Disclaimer

We are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all guests. As such, we reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated

  • Slow service or cut off individuals who are over-consuming

  • Intervene with the group host if we observe behaviour that may compromise the safety or comfort of other guests or staff

  • Standard Package ($59 per person) includes:

    • House red & white wine

    • Domestic beer

    • Bar rail spirits (vodka, gin, rum, whisky, etc.)

    • Classic mixed drinks (e.g., gin & tonic, rum & coke)

    • Soft drinks, coffee, and tea

    Premium Package ($79 per person) includes:

    • Premium wines and craft/import beer

    • Top-shelf spirits

    • Doubles permitted

    • Access to 4 crafted cocktail selections

    • Premium sparkling wine (not champagne)

    • Soft drinks, coffee, and teaes here

  • Each package includes 3 hours of beverage service.

  • Yes. Beverage packages are available for groups of 9 guests or more.

  • Yes. All adult guests in your party must be on the same package tier (either Standard or Premium). We do not allow splitting packages within the same group.

  • Unfortunately, no substitutions are allowed. If you want access to cocktails, craft beer, or premium wines, we recommend selecting the Premium Package.

  • All guests must be on the selected beverage package, regardless of alcohol consumption. We offer a thoughtful selection of premium non-alcoholic beverages and crafted zero-proof cocktails that are available to non-drinkers with either package. This ensures everyone can enjoy the experience while keeping service seamless for your group.

  • No. Shots, shooters, bombs, and similar drinks are not included in either package. We aim to provide a safe, enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.

  • Yes — but only with the Premium Package, and subject to responsible service by our team.

  • Yes — beverage packages can be extended in advance or on-site for an additional fee. Extra time is pro-rated based on the regular package price and applies to the total number of confirmed guests.

    • Standard Package: +$20 per person for each additional hour

    • Premium Package: +$25 per person for each additional hour

    Just let our team know if you'd like to extend your event and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • The 3-hour window begins at your scheduled event start time, not guest arrival time. Please plan accordingly.

  • Last call will be made 15 minutes prior to the end of your beverage service window. Only one drink per guest is permitted at last call.

  • No — the package prices listed are base prices. Gratuity and applicable taxes will be added to the final bill. This allows us to maintain transparency and ensure fair compensation for our service team.

  • We require final numbers and package tier to be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. This number will be used for billing purposes.

    Additionally, guest counts will be taken periodically over the course of the event and in the case that more guests have joined than confirmed you will be billed for the total number of guests in attendance.

  • Yes. We follow Smart Serve guidelines and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of intoxication. Your safety is our priority.
