Join us for an intimate culinary journey through Italy with the Road Trip Dinner Series. Inspired by Chef Michael Angeloni and business partner Adam Teolis’ travels across Italy, each dinner highlights the cuisine and wines of a different region. Limited to just 14 guests per evening, these exclusive experiences feature a multi-course menu with expertly curated wine pairings. As you dine, Chef Mike will personally guide you through each dish, sharing stories and insights from his travels.

Our culinary road trip continues—and this time, we’re heading to one of the most celebrated food and wine regions in the world: Tuscany.
Join us at Amano for a special two-night dinner series inspired by the bold, rustic elegance of Tuscan cuisine. From house-made pastas to rich, slow-cooked meats and vibrant vegetables, Chef Michael Angeloni and the team will showcase the timeless flavours that have made this region a global culinary icon.
We’ll be pouring standout Tuscan wines, including bold reds and elegant whites—think Brunello di Montalcino, Chianti Classico, and Super Tuscans—each thoughtfully paired to bring the menu to life.

Each group will have its own private table. Although tables are individual, all participating guests will start dining together, with synchronized timing and coursing for each menu.

The price varies depending on the featured region, and pricing is set per person. Prices are fixed and do not include taxes or gratuity. Payment is made on-site upon the conclusion of your meal.
